Can a non-technical team really do this on its own?
Today’s AI can do far more for people who do not write code than many realize. Our job is to help your team make full use of that potential. If part of the work requires specialist support—for example, integration with a core business system—we identify it clearly from the start.
Which AI tools do you use?
We select from Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT Work, Gemini, Gemini Spark, n8n, Dify, and other tools based on the work itself and the products you already use. You do not need to choose a product before speaking with us.

That is completely normal. In a free 30-minute consultation, tell us about one task that is causing trouble. We’ll identify what AI may be able to handle and outline a practical first step.
Can we get monthly support before we have chosen a specific implementation project?
Yes. Choose the AI Improvement Desk (¥150,000/month) for one small completed improvement each month, or the External AI Office (from ¥800,000/month) to delegate selection through implementation across several initiatives. To compare three to five candidate workflows first, begin with the AI Adoption Assessment (¥100,000, about one week).
We are concerned about confidential and personal information.
Before anything begins, we define together what information may and may not be entered into AI tools. You do not need to share confidential materials during the initial consultation.
What happens when AI makes a mistake?
We design the workflow on the assumption that mistakes can happen. AI prepares drafts; people review and approve them. Ambiguous cases are routed to a person. This division of responsibility is defined from the start so errors can be caught before they become operational incidents.
When do fees begin?
There is no charge until you formally engage us. The initial consultation and quotation are both free.
