The AI Improvement Desk is open to new clients and advances a new small-scale improvement each month. AI Improvement Maintenance is for existing clients only and is limited to minor adjustments to systems AMANEKU GIKEN previously introduced or helped implement.

After graduation

When your team can run it, you graduate.

Our goal is not to keep the contract going. It is to make the work run without us. The system, guides, and records stay with your company. After graduation, you can retain only the support you need.

About pricing and scope

If you engage us for AI Workflow Implementation within 30 days of the assessment, the full ¥100,000 assessment fee is credited toward implementation.

  • All prices exclude tax. The final scope, price, schedule, and acceptance criteria are confirmed in writing before you engage us.
  • The ¥100,000 AI Adoption Assessment covers approximately three to five representative workflows and takes about one week. It does not include detailed requirements documentation or a large proposal.
  • AI Workflow Implementation normally covers one workflow, one department, clear acceptance criteria, and one or two principal external-service integrations. Larger projects are quoted separately.
  • Ongoing support begins with a three-month term. External AI product licenses, usage fees, and other third-party costs are separate and identified in advance.
  • The AI Improvement Desk is available to new clients and advances one new small-scale improvement each month. AI Improvement Maintenance is for existing clients only and is limited to minor adjustments to systems AMANEKU GIKEN previously introduced or helped implement. Large new work is quoted as implementation or ongoing support.
