Amaneku Giken helps non-engineering teams make effective use of AI. Our purpose is simple: to move technology out of the hands of specialists alone and into the hands of the people who know the work best.
Founder
Takuya Hayashi 林 拓也
Takuya Hayashi worked on data utilization and data platforms at EY ShinNihon and Accenture. He then developed machine-learning algorithms, managed AI products, and led company-wide AI adoption at several startups. He founded Amaneku Giken in 2026 and also serves as CAIO (Chief AI Officer) at Reiwa Seisakusho.
My background leans toward engineering, but my work has always centered on the space between technology and day-to-day operations: translating what people in the field say into specifications, then translating technical results back into language they can use. Again and again, I have seen organizations change fastest when the people who know the work best can make technology their own tool. AI has made that possibility available beyond specialists. Amaneku Giken exists to bring that change to workplaces everywhere.
The meaning behind our name
The name “Amaneku Giken” expresses our commitment to make technology widely accessible, keep it useful for years to come, and continue refining the practical craft required to do both.
