Hands-on AI Work Session

This is not a lecture-led program. Participants use their own work to try research, document creation, analysis, efficiency improvements, and AI agents. The team experiences both the capability and the limits of AI and leaves with a repeatable method.

How it works

1. Choose the work to bring

   We clarify the goal and prepare real examples before the session.

2. Work hands-on for half a day

   Participants run the work, inspect results, and improve the instructions themselves.

3. Make it reusable

   We document the successful steps, examples, checks, and boundaries for future use.
