- 24-hour monitoring and emergency response are not included.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you maintain any AI system?
No. This service is limited to systems previously introduced or implemented with us. Other systems require an assessment and may be handled as a new implementation.
Can we add a new workflow within the monthly fee?
Not when it exceeds a small adjustment. New workflows are scoped and quoted as implementation or continuous support before work begins.
