   A working version is produced early and tested on normal, missing-information, and exceptional cases.

   We document operation, safe change areas, shutdown, and manual fallback for the frontline team.

What to know before we begin

• Cross-department programs, core-system changes, and large data migrations are quoted separately.
• Eliminating all human review is not guaranteed; review requirements are set for each workflow.
• High-impact decisions such as medical, legal, credit, or personnel judgments are not delegated to AI alone.

Excluding tax. The standard scope is one workflow, one department, clear acceptance criteria, and one or two main external-service connections. Scope and acceptance criteria are agreed before work begins.
