Choose one recurring workflow: preparing quotations, replying to inquiries, or copying information from documents. We set it up so AI advances the work before a person begins. The team focuses on review and exceptions. Two options are available depending on complexity. In both, instructions and reference materials are handed over in a form your team can update, so the solution can keep improving after we leave.

How it works
Week 1: Break down the work
Using real examples, we decide what AI handles and what people decide. Unnecessary steps are removed at this stage.
Weeks 2–3: Build and test on real cases
We build a working version quickly and test it on actual cases, including failures and exceptions—not only successful examples.
Week 4: Hand it over
The team uses the solution and makes one configuration change with us. We document how to use, improve, and stop it.

What to know before we begin
- Core-system integrations and large-scale data preparation are scoped and quoted separately.
- We do not design high-impact decisions—such as employee evaluation, credit decisions, or medical decisions—to be made by AI alone.
- If a standard feature of an existing product is sufficient, we configure and hand over that feature instead of building something new.
- If a Light engagement reveals that redesign is required, you can switch to Standard by paying only the difference.
Excluding tax. Light starts at ¥400,000 for two weeks; Standard starts at ¥800,000 for four weeks. Both include testing on real examples and handover. External service fees and complex system integrations are separate.

How do we know whether Light or Standard is right for us?
Show us two or three real examples and we can assess the fit during the 30-minute consultation. If in doubt, start with Light. The pricing is designed so switching later does not cost you more.
Will we really be able to make changes ourselves?
We separate and hand over the parts the team can safely change—instructions, reference materials, and decision examples. Your team does not need to modify program code.
What if the work is not finished in four weeks?
The scope is limited to one workflow specifically so it can be completed in four weeks. If complex integration becomes necessary, we present the additional scope and cost at that point, and you decide whether to continue or stop.
