Each month, we configure, test, and put one practical improvement into use. You can begin without an existing AI workflow. We help you get more from the AI products you already use, then move into small workflow improvements with the tools that fit the work.

• One useful configuration, method, or small workflow is added to real work each month.
• Experiments and results are recorded, so the same questions do not need to be investigated repeatedly.
• You can distinguish work that needs a larger implementation from work that existing product settings can solve.

How it works

1. At the start: Set the contact point and priorities

   We review the AI products you already use, the work causing difficulty, and the information involved. Together, we rank candidate improvements for the first three months and agree on the delivery boundaries.

2. Each month: Discuss, then ship one improvement

   Through two working sessions and a shared support channel, we select the highest-priority item and take it through configuration, prototyping, and documentation.

3. Every three months: Decide what comes next

   We review what was built, what was actually used, and what remains. You decide whether to continue, hand the work over internally, or separate a larger implementation project.

What to know before we begin

• This is not unlimited support. Monthly delivery capacity and communication methods are agreed in writing before the engagement begins.
• Core-system integrations and new development spanning multiple workflow stages are scoped and quoted separately.
• AI product license and usage fees are not included.
• This is not a 24-hour support or emergency incident-response service.

Excluding tax; three-month minimum. The fixed monthly fee includes two working sessions, day-to-day questions through a shared channel, one small configuration or implementation per month, and documentation. The delivery capacity is agreed in writing before the engagement begins.
