The most common AI implementation failure begins just after launch: frontline teams quietly stop using it, and no one notices. Twice a month, we review the numbers and real cases and improve the setup together. We may expand, narrow, or stop its use. The goal is for your internal owner to run the improvement cycle independently and graduate from our support.

What changes as the work continues

• Results, exceptions, and cost are summarized on one page each month for decision-making.
• Configuration changes are recorded, and the previous version can be restored if a problem occurs.
• New work to delegate to AI begins to emerge naturally from frontline teams.
• The internal owner can run the review meeting and updates independently.

How it works

1. Every month: Review numbers and real cases

   In two monthly meetings, we review successes, failures, exceptions, and frontline feedback.

2. Make small changes and verify them

   We define the affected scope, make the change, test it against a shared set of examples, and then release it.

3. Every three months: Decide what comes next

   Using the numbers, you decide whether to run it internally, continue, expand, or reduce the scope.

What to know before we begin

• Keeping the contract is not the goal. When your team can run the process independently, the engagement should end.
• We recommend a new tool only when it will improve the current work.
• We can also improve AI solutions and tools built by another provider where the necessary access can be confirmed.

Excluding tax; three-month minimum. Includes two improvement meetings per month, review of results and exceptions, configuration improvements, and change records. New development and major integration changes are separate.
