How it works

1. Weeks 0–2: Define the scope and baseline

2. Weeks 3–6: Redesign the workflow

   We do not simply automate the current steps. We remove unnecessary work and redesign the roles of AI, people, and existing systems.

3. Weeks 7–12: Run real cases

   We create a pilot environment and introduce actual cases gradually. People review the early results alongside the system, then expand the delegated scope based on evidence.

4. At completion: Decide whether to expand

   Using the baseline comparison, you choose whether to move into production, continue under conditions, or return to the previous process.
